"Best Flat in Beaufort"

"We felt as if we were coming home for the weekend. The Flat was so charming and immaculately clean. No expense was spared with their accommodations - yet very affordable. Their bathroom is more like a spa and we loved the fully equipped kitchenette. The beds were very comfy, loved the flat screen, fast WiFi, the iPhone clock/charger, (since I always forget my iPhone charger), and the overall ambiance. They even had a washer and dryer! The owners were very accommodating (not the typical eccentrics) and their Southern charm was so delightful. The Flat is well-situated in the downtown historic district (very quaint and quiet) and convenient to everything. We didn’t have to drive the whole weekend – we walked everywhere. We were only steps away from the best breakfast place in town, a gorgeous waterfront park, charming shops, picturesque historic homes, an attractive library and tons of delightful eateries and pubs. It was a charming weekend and we are already planning our next escape. I was hesitant to do a review because we wanted to keep this place a secret, but since we can’t stay there every weekend, decided to let others in on our clandestine hideaway." Rating: 5/5

Review #1518050 "Spectacular New Flat in the Heart of Beaufort"

This newly remodeled flat is in the center of town. You can not beat the location. The place is beautiful, and has everything you could possible want or need. It can sleep six, but I would recommend it for a couple, with or without children. We loved each having our own chair to sprawl in, and the nesting tables could conveniently be moved to wherever you needed them. The remodel was very well planned, with lots of storage space, including a large low counter designed to hold two suitcases. The little kitchenette had everything we needed to make breakfast. The bathroom was huge, and the shower was the size of many entire hotel bathrooms we have seen. Rosemary and Kevin were a delight to deal with, and went out of their way to make sure we were able to reach the place when we arrived on the day of a bike race which went right by the flat. Beaufort is a lovely little town, and we would love to return and stay here again. Rating 5/5
